A Day in the Life of Jared and Josh

Our days start bright and early as Josh wakes up at 6:30 in the morning.

Joshy eats breakfast at 7 o’clock. He’s finished by 7:30, then it’s time to get dressed for the day.

Daddy is not usually home in the morning, so when he us, we sure enjoy his company!

Jared usually wakes up between 7:00 and 7:30.

His tummy starts grumbling at 8 o’clock…

Then at 8:30 he makes a potty break, and Mommy gets him dressed for the day.

Daddy works part-time with Rite Aid, and has to work on Wednesdays. So Jared gets a story and some TV time with Daddy before he leaves for work.

At 9 o’clock Jared kicks back on our bed to get his daily fix of Sesame Street.

Josh goes down for his first nap at 10 o’clock, and then it is time for “Mommy-Jared” time. Sometimes we practice with our letters!

Joshy wakes up from his nap around noon, and then it’s lunch time!

Playing is a fun way to spend the day!

After Josh goes down for his nap at 3 o’clock, Jared has some down time…

At 4:30 it is time for Jared to clean his room…

“Look at how clean the room is!”

After the room is clean, Jared gets to watch a movie. Tonight he is watching “Toy Story”… Big surprise…

Joshy wakes up at 5 o’clock, ready for another bottle…

And Jared eats dinner at 5:30… “Thank you Jesus, for the food, Amen.”

At 6 o’clock Jared’s bedtime routine starts. First he gets a bath, then a story…

We say a bedtime prayer, then lights out at 6:30…

After some cuddle/play “Mommy-Joshy” time, he gets in the tub at 7:15…

One last bottle at 7:35…. (Not to mention more snuggle time with Mommy!)

Then after a prayer, he’s in bed by 8 p.m….
