Hope you all had a good Mother’s Day. Mine went well… I had hoped to be able to stay home all day, but Joe wanted to go to the annual Mother’s Day breakfast at the Beaver Creek Grange… Every year most of Joe’s family meet there for breakfast, and this year was no exception. I think Joe likes to go because it’s all you can eat, and he can eat him some breakfast!
And he’s not the only one (I am always amazed by the amount of food that girl can eat! *rofl*)…
Jared, Josh, and Amanda all ate well too…
After breakfast we went over to Joe’s parents’ house for an hour or two, and just chatted while DeeDee (one of Joe’s sisters) cut Jared, Josh, Jacob, Scott, and Jim’s hair.
When we got home, I kicked back on the computer while Joe did a little bit of picking up (gotta love Mother’s Day!), and then later he BBQ’d hamburgers for dinner. (Alicia took this picture for me

Then after dinner, Joe did the dishes and wiped down the counters… Like I said, you gotta love Mother’s Day!!! 
Oh… I was also sweet taked by Jared to play a racing game on the playstation for the first time. *lol* … Jared wanted to play the Nascar game, but I in NO WAY have that kind of skill level. *snicker* So, I told him I would race with Disney’s Cars, or not at all…. So, there I was, sitting on Josh’s bed playing play station… With the kids laughing their heads off at my (not so) driving skills… Let’s just say that I gave the term “off road” a whole new meaning. 
I also got a couple bouquets today!! … It’s VERY rare that I even get one, much less two!
